If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you may return it under our returns policy.

How does Click & Collect work?

Place your order online, select Click & Collect at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready to collect from our Wolverhampton store at 39 Birmingham New Road. You will need to bring photo ID proving you are 18 or over.

Orders must be collected within 7 days of the ready notification. Uncollected orders after 7 days will be cancelled and refunded minus any applicable fees.

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item. Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, coils, or pods.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
