Age Verification Policy

Our Commitment

Vapers Pantry is committed to preventing the sale of vaping products to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal in the United Kingdom to sell nicotine-containing products to persons under 18 (Children and Families Act 2014, section 91). We take this responsibility extremely seriously and have implemented robust age verification measures across all our sales channels.

Online Verification

When you first visit our website, you are presented with an age verification gate. You must confirm you are 18 or over before accessing any product pages or making a purchase. This confirmation is stored locally and expires after 30 days, at which point you will be asked again.

We reserve the right to implement additional verification measures including, but not limited to, third-party age verification services that may require you to provide identification documents.

Delivery Verification

All deliveries of age-restricted products require a signature from a person aged 18 or over. Our delivery partners are instructed to verify the age of the person accepting the package. If the delivery driver has reason to believe the recipient is under 18, they may request photo identification. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid passport, driving licence, or PASS-approved proof of age card.

If age cannot be verified at the point of delivery, the package will not be handed over and will be returned to us. In such cases, we may contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund minus shipping costs.

In-Store Verification

Our staff are trained to operate a "Challenge 25" policy. If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo identification proving you are 18 or over before any sale is completed. We will refuse any sale where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.

Click & Collect

When collecting an order from our store, you must present valid photo ID proving you are 18 or over. Orders will not be released without satisfactory proof of age.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any point if we have reasonable grounds to believe the purchaser or intended recipient is under 18. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

If you believe a minor has purchased or is attempting to purchase products from us, please contact us immediately at sales@vaperspantry.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
