All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services for your peace of mind. As vaping products are age-restricted, all deliveries require a signature from someone aged 18 or over. Our delivery partners operate a Challenge 25 policy. If the recipient cannot prove they are 18+, the delivery will not be completed and will be returned to us.
Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We dispatch most orders within 1 working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
