Our returns policy in line with UK consumer law
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order for most products. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@vaperspantry.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:
E-liquids (bottles, pods, cartridges) where the seal has been broken; replacement coils and atomiser heads once removed from packaging; disposable vapes; mouthpieces, drip tips, and tanks where the seal has been broken. Sealed items in their original unopened packaging can be returned.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs. Please include photos of the damage or fault to help us process your claim quickly.
How to Return
1. Email sales@vaperspantry.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. We will provide a returns authorisation and address. 3. Package items securely in their original packaging where possible. 4. Post the items back to us using a tracked service (we recommend keeping your proof of postage). 5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it. Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
